Bringing More Hope to Morelia.

Since The Hope Effect was founded in 2015, you’ve been blazing a trail and bringing family-style care to new locations throughout Latin America and Southeast Asia.

Our work and results in other parts of the world paved the way for our expansion into Morelia, the capital city of Michoacán, Mexico. Until recently, the only option for orphaned and vulnerable children in Morelia was institutional care. But thankfully, government wants a better future for their children and has invited us to help them establish family-style care in this city.

Currently, there are 384 orphaned and vulnerable children under the age of 18 living in orphanages in Morelia. Together with your partnership, we could see every orphanage in Morelia empty by the year 2030.
