We say it often and we believe it wholeheartedly – every child deserves a family. That’s why we are seeking to change the way the world cares for orphans. That’s more than just our mission statement – it represents real children, real lives being changed through the love of a family.  

Thanks to your generosity, more children are getting out of orphanages and into loving families – where they belong. Children like Antonio, Renata, Marisol, and Sofia are growing up knowing the love of a family…and having hope for the future. 

Each gift of hope has a big effect in the lives of children around the world. And this year on GivingTuesday, we’d love to partner with you to make an even bigger impact!

GivingTuesday

The first Tuesday after Thanksgiving is GivingTuesday, the kickoff to the giving season. GivingTuesday is a celebration of generosity – a global movement that encourages individuals and communities to give back and make a difference.

Last year, you blew us away with your incredible generosity. GivingTuesday was our largest single fundraising day EVER! And this December 1, we invite you to join us once again to see how giving hope has a big effect. Your gift of hope will help even more children find families. 

Giving Hope Has A Big Effect

Thanks to your generosity, the family-style care movement is growing around the world. The Hope Effect is pioneering and expanding this innovative style of orphan care in multiple locations. In 2021, we are looking forward to expanding into a new location, which means even more children will find families. 

So on this GivingTuesday, we are aiming to raise $75,000 to help achieve our goal of placing 200 orphaned and vulnerable children in families by the end of next year.
